Q. How do I ship samples to PRI?

Samples should be shipped to the address below your Client Service Manager. The packaging and labeling requirements should be discussed with your Client Service Manager prior to sending.  813-621-5777

Q. What does PRI stand for?
Paving, Roofing, and Industrial.
Q. What happens if a sample fails a test?

a. If there is a sample failure or non-compliant property, PRI automatically retests the property using a different technician and another piece of equipment. Thus, two values are reported. If both values are non-compliant, testing of the sample is suspended.

b. When testing is suspended, the client will be notified and asked if they would like to:
    i. Continue testing – note all properties
    ii. Suspend Testing
            1. Resubmit new sample


Q. What is the cost of testing?
Costs vary based on the type of material and series of tests being conducted. Prior to testing, your Client Service Manager will discuss the scope of your project and pricing.
Q. How long does it take to get results?
Time to obtain results vary, based on many factors. It is best to discuss turnaround times with your Client Service Manager prior to the start of testing. Some materials and tests are eligible for Expedited (2-4 days) or Rush (Next Day) Services for a fee. 
Q. Can I store samples at PRI for future testing?
It is possible to store some materials at PRI for future testing. There is a monthly storage fee based on material type. Please discuss with your Client Service Manager if you need to store materials long-term.
