HighPoint Intake is an attic intake vent for use with asphalt shingle roof cover. Vents are injection molded polymer. Vents have approximate length dimension of 4ft and width dimension of 11-1/2in.

Product has a Design Pressure of -187.5psf when installed with 0.120in x 2-1/2in ring shank roofing nails (ASTM F1667 NL RF S Q - 58 Z) placed in pre-molded fastener locations and approximately 12in o.c. in between into 15/32in thick APA-rated plywood deck sheathing (fastener density should be ten fasteners per 4ft length of vent). Fasteners shall penetrate through sheathing. Ridge cap asphalt shingles shall be installed over vent with 0.120in x 2-1/2in ring shank roofing nails (ASTM F1667 NL RF S Q - 58 Z).
